This page contains engineering reports, construction drawings, and contract documents relating to the Building 800 balcony repair project and other significant structural investigations. Historical reports are included to preserve the Association's records and document the evolution of the engineering evaluation over time. Earlier reports should be read in conjunction with later engineering investigations, which involved additional inspection and ultimately resulted in the current repair plans.
